Samantha is trained in classical Hatha style yoga and her classes are enjoyable with an expert blend of challenge and ease. Classes are structured to suit all levels and abilities. Workshops that focus on particular aspects of Yoga practice enabling more in depth study are held on a regular basis. One to one tuition is also available.

Samantha provides classes in rehabilitation yoga & Pilates within a physiotherapist clinic providing clients with classes that gently focus on the deep postural muscles of the back and abdomen to improve core stability and strength.

With a background in psychology, within the NHS and latterly as a qualified teacher in mainstream, adult and higher education, Samantha is sensitive to the individual needs of each client and her classes are relaxed and welcoming.

Samantha is a qualified and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT®) with the Yoga Alliance. Samantha is also qualified to teach Teen Yoga and Mindfulness within a variety of educational forums and holds an enhanced CRB/ DBS certificate and is a registered teacher with Teen Yoga Foundation.

Teen yoga has been an invaluable tool for the school and our students to use to help with relaxation and stress relief. With Sam coming from an educational stand point, she understands the stresses and rigours of school, and knows the pressure our students are under. We have offered teen yoga to a targeted group of students with various anxieties, as well as using it as part of our year 11 option blocks in PE. The feed back from the students has been fantastic.

Hatha yoga classes are suitable for all levels with lots of options for working strongly or gently depending on your mood, ability and level of fitness.
Bodies are strengthened, toned and flexed. Breathing techniques deepen and control the breath and relaxation methods are used to ease the body and calm the mind.
